serve to help protect municipal sewer, drainage and water treatment
facilities from being obstructed, damage or disabled from fat-,
oil-, grease-laden wastewater discharged by commercial kitchen.
Important Note
Concerning Shipping Costs of Grease Traps: Grease traps are
heavy and more expensive to ship than standard restaurant equipment
items. Shipping costs of grease traps is approximately 25% of
the cost of the grease trap. Even with the shipping cost, we
are still usually MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than buying through your local
supplier!
