Lightweight and
strong, John Boos models weigh up to 60% less than directly
equivalent metal interceptors - offering ease of installation,
transport and storage. Connected using mechanical join
couplings allowing for use of various piping materials.
Flexibility of installation - can be installed in-floor, on-floor,
or semi-recessed.
Important Note
Concerning Shipping Costs of Grease Traps: Grease traps are
heavy and more expensive to ship than standard restaurant equipment
items. Shipping costs of grease traps is approximately 25% of
the cost of the grease trap. Even with the shipping cost, we
are still usually MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE than buying through your local
supplier!
